Upon
the termination of our engagement, for whatever reason,
we will deliver to your business (without retaining
copies of same) all customer lists, correspondence,
financial records, documents, accounts, reports and
intellectual property, (if applicable) belonging to your
business, that we have held or controlled whilst engaged
by you.
