     Bookkeeping Service Fee System

 

Our fees are designed to be significantly lower that the cost you would normally pay to have your bookkeeping done by an "in-house or part-time bookkeeper. 

Fees are driven by the document delivery system preferred by the client and the annual gross revenues of the business. To obtain a quote please click this Request a Quote Link

The paper delivery system. 

Under this system, we would provide a set of pre-addressed mailing labels, for you to use to send or deliver their business bookkeeping source documents to BPM on a monthly basis.

The e-mail delivery system. 

        To send us your business information by email, you would scan the
       documents and send them to us by email. However, if preferred,
       you can send the scanned documents by fax.

The Fax Delivery System.

Under this service system, we will provide you with a set of customized forms and instructions, to record the required business information in pre deigned GL accounts fields and sending these to us by fax on a monthly basis. 

The virtual System.

Under this system, bookkeeping source information is sent to BPM via the Internet, using our on-line bookkeeping data submission system.  Under this service system, we will provide client with a secure user-name and password to access our secure online data submission ledger and send us the business information for processing and tax returns preparation as required.

What's included?

Monthly bookkeeping

GST and/or PST Reporting

Preparation and delivery of monthly, or
   quarterly customized operating statement and
   reports by Email.

Year-end tax preparation for:

Personal Tax Reporting

Corporation Tax Reporting

Under our service system, clients can use our services to reduce the cost of the monthly bookkeeping write-up process and have their Accountant, CA/CPA handle the year-end tax preparation work.

Alternatively, for Canadian clients we can provide the required year-end tax preparation services.

If required, we will prepare the Corporation tax return (T2) and the Personal Tax (T1) for the Owner/Manager and Spouse and provide these for signing and filing. 

However, for year-end tax preparation, a year-end fee will apply for the personal tax preparation as well as for the preparation of the Corporation Tax (T2) if applicable.
