Under this service system, we will create a secure document upload folder for you/your company, provide you with a user name and password, which will allow you to scan your bookkeeping and tax related documents in your office, save the scanned documents as pdf files, login to the upload site and upload the documents to us.

With this information, your bookkeeping work is done in our office and a set of meaningful financial reports are sent to you on a monthly and/or quarterly basis. Reports include, Profit/Loss Statement and a cash flow report.
