All original source documents will be returned to the accounting firm or client at the business year-end.  However, if required, these can be required, these can be returned at the end of each quarter. Mailing cost will apply.

BPM has a secure disaster prevention practice in place, that includes a daily server backup and data encryption. The encrypted backup is automatically sent to a special offsite data backup server.

In addition, if required, BPM can image and index all the original source documents for easy storage and retrieval for a nominal fixed fee per client, per chart of account document sets.
