The Source Document Submission System 

The document flow system is as simple as sending us the bookkeeping source documents on a monthly basis, using one of our easy to use system listed below.

• By Courier: 

Place Bookkeeping documents in an envelope and send to BPM by courier to our office in Toronto.

• By mail: 

WE WILL PROVIDE THE END-USER CLIENT WITH OUR SPECIAL DOCUMENT MAILING BUSINESS PACKAGE, TO ENABLE THEM TO EASILY SEND US THE REQUIRED BUSINESS DOCUMENTS FOR BOOKKEEPING AND TAX MANAGEMENT PROCESSING AND REPORTS PREPARATION AND TAX  REPORTING.

• Send by FAX: 

We will provide a set of special data  capture forms for income and expenses to be used by the end-user client to complete and simply fax to BPM on a weekly or monthly basis.

• Via The Internet:

Accountants can have their clients enter the bookkeeping data using our easy to use on-line data submission system.
