Ron has over 28 years experience in bookkeeping and business process management outsourcing, in Canada and the U.S.

Ron founded his first small business bookkeeping and tax services company in 1981 and sold it after seven years with an attractive book of active clients to found a Trucking compliance business that specialized in providing Independent truckers and Truck Fleets with fuel tax information data processing.

Ron grew the company to include an office in Dallas Texas and an offshore back-office processing center in Montego Bay, Jamaica, which grew to over 400 employees.

in 2002 Ron founded BPM Outsourcing to provide Bookkeeping and business process management services to small business.

In 2008, Ron positioned the company to provide high volume bookkeeping and tax data processing service to Accountants and Accounting firms by opening a back-office in Barbados.
